Hi everyone! I pray all of you are well during this very trying time in the world due to coronavirus. I pray that the God of Hope will fill you with all peace and joy as you trust in him alone… Freedom House is currently full and thriving! God is so good and so faithful! We have new calls coming in consistently. God is doing a mighty work in each and every woman at Freedom House! I am so honored to be part of these women’s journey and all that god has for their lives and their families lives and everyone that they will touch from here on out. That’s the goal, to rise up, heal victors and warriors for the LORD GOD MOST HIGH. We talk about all the time how anointed the house is, and the women can feel God’s presence there, working and changing them. It is so beautiful and powerful to be a part of it.
One of the things we are doing since the virus hit is holding outdoor NA/AA/Celebrate Recovery meetings every evening at 6:30pm out front of Freedom House. We invite other women in recovery to come and many do. There is nothing more dangerous than isolation for a recovering addict/alcoholic. Bible study on Thursday evenings is my favorite night. I love to point women to Jesus and to help stir a fire in women’s souls for the word of God. There is nothing that brings me greater joy. I watch God come alive before these women’s very eyes. That is powerful and beautiful and forever life changing.
